Due to their rapid expansion CRS Pharma Solutions supplied a new 16 pallet portable incubator with an anti-chamber pre conditioning room. Before delivery the incubator was temperature mapped for 72 hours by the CRS Pharma Solutions validation team to prove the close control capability of plus or -1°C from set point could be achieved, as the graph below illustrates.
We provided some sample mapping data for the unit to their QC who was so impressed with the close control temperature range that the order was placed straight away This incubator has been with the customer over 12 months and has proved to be invaluable to their growth program.
